The company X specialises in helping people who are overweight with no health problems to lose weight using our nutritionally complete diet meal replacements.
They have developed meal options, from shakes, soups, hot meals, meal bars, porridge, pancakes and omelettes. Each meal is nutritionally complete Recommended Daily Amounts of vitamins and minerals.
The Company genuinely cares about helping people to not only lose weight, but to make the life long changes required to create long lasting results.
02. Lifetime report campaign results:
We started working for this company in 2016 and the plan was to increase their sales and grow their business in the UK and IE and then expand in Europe.

When we started the project The total account spent was 245 k and 656 revenue with no naming structure and no clear metrics and tracking. What we achieved so far is an average ROAS of over 400% and over 1000% on the previous customers.

For this project we created over 6000 ad variations, tested over 1100 different ad sets, over 500 audience combinations.
03. Campaign structure and optimization
The campaigns are split into 3 key campaigns: Stage 1 (content and blog posts), Stage 2 (Direct response ads on new customers and remarketing), Stage 3 (customers retargeting)
The average cost per sale on lifetime is 20-30 pounds and the average price of the products is around 150 pounds.
On Stage 1 we have good cost per click under 20c. We were using this audience only to drive brand awareness so we can do more efficient remarketing.
On the stage 2 our cost per sale was 14 pounds with around 600% ROAS

And on the last stage we advertised to previous customers and our cost was lower than 10 pounds with ROAS greater than 1400% .
