The company FriendsInFilm specialises in helping people to get high paying jobs in the film industry.
Friends in Film is a network of go getter people, who are professionals in the film industry all over the country. Many of them work in production, but in all areas of film, acting, camera, writing, editing, editing, wardrobe, hair and makeup.

They have developed training programs and consulting services to help people achieve their dreams and join the Film industry.
02. Lifetime report campaign results
We started working for this company in 2014/15 th and the plan was to increase their leads and grow their business in the USA and in 2017 th to expand our services to Australia and Europe.

When we started the project The total amount spent was a few hundred dollars per week with no naming structure and no clear metrics and tracking. What we achieved so far is an average ROAS of over 1000% and 52,358 subscribers with $173k spend.

For this project we created over 2000 ad variations, and over 900 different ad sets, over 500 audience combinations.

03. Campaign structure and optimization
The campaigns are split into more conversions optimized key campaigns: Actor ads, Career ads, Filmmakers ads, Remarketing ads.
The average cost per lead on lifetime is around $3.30 per lead and conversion rate of 31% on subscribers and Cost per paid user of $210 with AOV of $3200.
On Actor campaigns we have a good cost per lead of $2.11. Our main target market were the people that wanted to be actors or finished acting school.
On Career campaigns our cost per lead was a bit higher $2.70.
Filmmakers campaigns vary from $3.5 to $8 per lead.
Our remarketing campaigns were targeting people who visited the landing pages but didn’t subscribe and people already subscribed but not started the courses and the live training.
